Members of the nightshade family and related to bell peppers and tomatoes, Sri Lankan green chillies are full of aroma and flavor. Sun-dried green chillies are roughly stone ground and packed in these 30g sachets.
Uses
Suitable for sprinkling on fries, salads, vegetable curries, soups, and meat marinades too. Start by adding a few flakes, taste and adjust to the required spice preference.

Sri Lankan spices are literally Heirloom, having grown in our spice gardens since ancient times. A dash of fresh green chilli powder elevates everyday food to a whole new level. Depending on the harvest and season, every batch of chilli powder can vary in color and to a minor degree in taste as it is a natural cottage-industry product. No chemical refining, additives, or preservatives are used to standardize the product.
