CINNAMON INFUSED PURE OLIVE OIL 250ml

Cinnamon-Infused Pure Olive Oil

Pure olive oil delicately infused with 100% pure & natural cinnamon extract that gives that deliciously sweet cinnamon flavoure found in Ceylon cinnamon.

Medium-bodied, Cinnamon Olive Oil is delicious when combined with Balsamic Vinegar and a little honey to drizzle over mixed greens.  Add it to pancake and waffle batters.  Use it to grill your French Toast.  Toss sweet potatoes with it then roast in the oven.  Substitute for butter in quick breads and cookies.  Use it with a little brown sugar and cayenne to make spiced nuts.

Perfect for adding a warm, spicy note to meat and vegetable stews, baked potatoes, roasted aubergines, and pasta dishes.

Try it drizzled over a fresh couscous salad with cucumber, pomegranate, fresh mint, and a squeeze of lemon, or use it in baking for cakes with dried fruits and biscuits with chocolate crumbs.

Our Cinnamon-infused olive oil adds a warm, sweet, and spicy note to both savoury dishes & baked goods.
Savory Dishes
  • Stews and Tagines: Use it as a base for Moroccan tagines, meat stews, or North African vegetable dishes to build deep, earthy flavors.
  • Searing and Curries: Searing beef, lamb, or chicken with a touch of this oil adds aromatic warmth, and it works well in spiced Indian or Middle Eastern curries.
  • Roasted Vegetables: Drizzle it over roasted aubergines (eggplant), sweet potatoes, or winter squash before roasting.
  • Pasta and Grains: Toss it into warm couscous salads or pasta dishes containing tomato and meat sauces like moussaka or pastitsio. [1, 2]
