Madame Tiger’s Barista Tiger Nut Milk is the one plant milk you can count on to deliver a fiercely delicious coffee. It’s neutral flavour lets the coffee shine, it doesn’t split when it hits the coffee and, oh yeah, you bet it stretches like a dream! It has been tried and tested by some top-notch baristas and they seriously approve.
Tiger nuts are powerful little nutrient rich root vegetables (not nuts!) that only need rainwater to grow. We source ours ethically, including from a female farming collective in Burkina Faso, West Africa and then create our Barista Tiger Nut milk right here in Australia.
We blend them with Australian Olive Oil – no seed oils around here, thank you very much! Our plant milk is low in sugar and delightfully free from dairy, nuts, soy and gluten. And yep, it’s FODMAP Friendly certified! Go ahead and enjoy unlimited amounts of our Barista Tiger Nut Milk if you are following a low FODMAP or IBS friendly diet.
