Our frozen organic blackcurrants are snap frozen straight off the orchard using the iqf method (individually quick frozen). This enables the berries to stay whole and keep all the goodness packed inside until you are ready to use them meaning the nutritional value isn’t lost. They make the perfect addition to any dessert, smoothie or baking product giving a sweet tasting tartness and backbone, not to mention a massive dose of vitamins and antioxidant!
