These crackers are the perfect way to get some nutrition into your diet while you satisfy your snack cravings!

These crackers are made with whole foods, and are deliciously salty with a nice twang of sesame. I’ve also used Cocavo with Chilli & Lime, which not only adds a delicious flavour, but also a boost of healthy fats!


  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp melted Cocavo with Chilli & Lime
  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined. Leave for 30 minutes to absorb.
  2. Preheat oven to 140°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Spread the mixture out onto the baking tray to 1-2mm thick. Bake for 2 hours, until crispy.

Remove from oven, and allow to cool for 10 minutes before breaking into pieces and serving!
