Cocavo’s Refined Beef Tallow is manufactured using 100% beef fat.
Ideal for all styles of high-temperature cooking, it’s high smoke point ensures stability of the fat making it perfect for roasting & frying.
Refined Beef Tallow is rendered & refined beef fat has been manufactured primarily for use as a cooking fat, but may also be suitable for use in skincare & soap formulations.
Cooking with Beef tallow enhances dishes by creating a nice crispy outside and moist inside, whether you are cooking meat or vegetables.
Refined Beef Tallow has a mild flavour profile that will not over power the flavour of the food being coked in it.
How to use: Add a teaspoon of beef tallow to your pan, wok or BBQ hot plate. Heat, then add your favourite meat or veges and cook!
