GIDDY-UP HEALTHY HOOVES CONDITIONING OIL

Giddy-Up Healthy Hooves Conditioning Oil is a Natural & Unique blend of Pure Coconut Oil & NZ Linseed Oil.

Designed to nourish & condition the hooves of Horses, Donkeys and any other hooved critter, this oil is all natural, free of petroleum products and other nasty unwanted ingredients that add no value to the product anyway.

Giddy-Up Conditioning Hoof Oil maintains equine hoof health by helping to balance moisture levels, preventing cracks & brittleness in dry conditions and acts as a protective barrier in damp, muddy conditions.
It promotes elasticity, aids in preventing infections like thrush, and enhances the hoof’s appearance for showing.
Key Benefits of Giddy-Up Hoof Oil:
  • Moisture Regulation: Prevents hooves from becoming too dry (brittle) or too wet (soft), maintaining ideal pliability.
  • Protective Barrier: Seals the hoof against moisture, debris, mud, and water, reducing wear and tear.
  • Prevents Cracks & Chips: By keeping the hoof horn hydrated and nourished, it reduces the risk of structural damage.
  • Healthy Growth & Structure: Promotes healthy, strong horn growth and aids in the elasticity of the frog.
  • Antimicrobial Properties: Coconut Oil & Linseed Oil both have beneficial properties including anti-inflammatory & anti-microbal activity which helps to help fight against infections like white line disease or thrush.
  • Appearance: Provides a polished, healthy look for competition.
Key Tips for Use:
  • Application: Apply to the hoof wall, sole, and frog, often after washing or before turning out.
  • Frequency: In dry, hot conditions, apply 2–3 times a week; in wet conditions, once a week may be sufficient.
  • Avoid Overuse: Misuse can sometimes lead to overly soft hooves, so it is important to follow the advice of your farrier or veterinarian.
