Our Hot & Spicy Chicken Coating is eye watering HOT.
We recommend brining larger pieces of chicken by soaking the pieces in a simple brine of 50g chicken salt dissolved in a litre of water. Soak for 30 minutes then shake off and add Hot & Spicy Chicken Coating to cover all the chicken.
Deep Fry, Air Fry or Oven bake until cooked – 75C internal temp of chicken.
