We sustainably harvest the Kawakawa leaves used in our salts from a pristine, private Ngahere following Rongoa Maori protocols.
The NZ Sea Salt has been harvested from the pristine waters of the Marlborough Sounds and has The Sea Salt has been Certified as suitable for Organic Input by BioGro NZ.
Kawakawa Salt can be used where ever you would use salt normally. Kawakawa leaves have a slight peppery taste so they go hand-in-hand with Salt.
