Usage
1.8kg mix to 4L water for soft serve or 1.8kg mix to 5L water for thick shakes. Prepare and store in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before freezing.
450g mixed to 1L for smaller quantities. of icecream / 360g fro a 1L thick shake.
