Butcher’s Banquet marinades consist of a range of Gluten Free, NZ made liquid marinades with no added MSG, artificial flavours or colours.
Available in 5 fantastic flavours:
Smokey N Hot / Honey, Mint & Rosemary / Smokey BBQ / Sweet Curry / Sweet Chinese Honey
Usage instructions:
- For marinating: Use a moderate amount to coat meat, and marinate before cooking.
- For basting: Use during cooking to enhance flavor and moisture.
- Cooking methods: Suitable for grilling, stovetop, or slow cooking.
- For tofu: Drain the tofu and marinate for at least 30 minutes before stir-frying.
- Portion size: A general guideline is to use one pouch of marinade for meat serving 5 people.
