Here is a simple recipe for a great immunity booster. The health properties of manuka Honey, Lemon & Coconut Oil are legendary.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Runny Honey (preferably Manuka Honey)
2 Tbsp Cocavo Pure Coconut Oil
1 small Cinnamon Stick (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan and heat over low until coconut oil is melted.
 - Eat the warm syrup by the spoonful or mix the syrup into hot water or tea.
 - Once the syrup is cooled the coconut oil will harden. You can leave the cinnamon stick in the syrup or remove it.
 - Store in refrigerator for up to a month. Gently warm the syrup up before using.
 
Options:
You can add some fresh ginger or even a Star Anise to add more flavour & health.
