This delicious slice recipe is courtesy of Heather, one of our fantastic customers. Using our Cocavo Zesty Orange Oil, this no “No Bake” Chocolate Peanut Butter Slice will quickly become a family favourite.

BASE INGREDIENTS

150G Plain Biscuits such as Arrowroot

1/4 cup Icing Sugar

1 cup (125g) smooth or crunchy peanut butter

150g melted butter (or Cocavo ghee)

1/2 cup rolled oats

ICING INGREDIENTS

1 large block of dark chocolate (180g)

1 tbsp Cocavo Zesty Orange Oil

METHOD

Line a baking dish/slice tray with baking paper

Crush biscuits & pour crumbs into a large bowl, along with icing sugar, oats, peanut butter & melted butter (or Cocavo ghee)

Combine ingredients and press into baking dish then put into the freezer while preparing the icing.

Melt chocolate & Zesty Orange Oil together (microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after after each time)

Cool slightly then spread onto the chilled base.

Decorate with small blobs or swirls of peanut butter.
