Usage Directions:
1. Add 500 – 600ml of warm water to bag. Seasoning, stock & marinades can be included with the water if desires.
2. Seal (squeeze out the air), shake & rest for 30 min.
3. Drain excess water and store in fridge until needed, up to 7 days.
4. Pan-fry with 2 tbsp vegetable oil for 6-7 min.
Usage advice:
- Pro Tip 1: Sear well on a med-high heat, stirring often until golden brown. Don’t crowd the pan.
- Pro Tip 2: When adding to a sauce, sear well first. Set aside protein then return to the pan and simmer for 10-15mins to absorb flavours prior to serving.
- Pro Tip 3: For smaller meals, just prepare half the pack. Hydrate half the dry protein in a bowl using half the the quantity of water, reseal unused protein & store in pantry.
- Pro Tip 4: Didn’t cook all your prepared protein? Hydrated uncooked protein can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days. Can also be frozen; cook immediately after thawing.
Best suited for curries, deep frying, grilling, air frying, sous vide, slow cooking, salads, gyros, tacos, burritos, stir fry and more.
