Ingredients:

Plant Protein (94.6%) (Wheat Gluten, Wheat flour, Soy protein, Soy flour)

Allergen: Contains wheat, gluten & soy.

Usage Directions:

1. Add warm water to the bag. You can add seasoning, spices, and marinades with the water if required.

2. Seal (squeeze out the air), shake and rest for 30 min.

3. Drain excess water and store in fridge until needed, up to 7 days.

4. Pan fry with 2 tbsp Cocavo oil for 6-7 min.

Usage advice:

  • Pro Tip 1: Sear well on a med-high heat, stirring often until golden brown. Don’t crowd the pan.
  • Pro Tip 2: When adding to a sauce, sear well first. Set aside protein then return to the pan and simmer for 10-15mins to absorb flavours prior to serving.
  • Pro Tip 3: For smaller meals, just prepare half the pack. Hydrate half the dry protein in a bowl using half the seasoning, reseal unused protein & store in pantry.
  • Pro Tip 4: Didn’t cook all your prepared protein? Hydrated uncooked protein can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days. Can also be frozen; cook immediately after thawing.
