The recipe is made with GELITA VERISOL COLLAGEN. Studies suggest that incorporating collagen regularly may help support skin, hair and nail health and minimize unwanted signs of aging. In this recipe, we have used Gelita Marine Collagen with Verisol available from our website shop at a great price. This collagen is an unflavoured variety so works great in this recipe.

- 1 cup Marsanta Peanut butter
- 1 cup Gelita Marine Collagen with Verisol
- 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs (use chocolate chips if preferred)
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, collagen powder and maple syrup until combined. Gently fold in cacao nibs or chocolate chips.
Press mixture into the bottom of a parchment paper-lined 20cm x 20cm baking pan and place in the fridge for 15 minutes before slicing into bars.
