This avocado chocolate mousse recipe is so easy to make. Packed with healthy fats found in avocados and antioxidants in dark chocolate, this really is a super healthy treat. The addition of Cocavo Zesty Orange Oil adds more healthy fats to the recipe, along with a delicious orange flavour.

EASY  AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

  • 2 x ripe avocados
  • 100g dark chocolate  (60-75% cocoa)
  • ½ cup milk  (dairy, coconut, almond or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Cocavo Zesty Orange Oil

Cut avocado flesh into chunks, add milk and blend until smooth and creamy, using either a stick blender or food processor.

Break chocolate into a glass bowl and melt in a microwave.  Stir 2 tbsp of Cocavo Zesty Orange Oil into the melted chocolate.

Combine avocado mixture and melted chocolate and stir until well mixed.  Place in fridge to chill.

Delicious on its own or with berries and/or ice cream.

You may wish to leave the Orange Oil out & add a favourite liqueur, or simply enjoy the flavour of the chocolate, the choices are endless.
