


Miso soup is seriously one of our favourites. Being packed full of probiotics means it’s great for keeping your gut healthy, and along with ginger and garlic it’s a great immunity system booster! Plus, you cant forget the amazing flavour too.

EASY MISO
- 1 tbsp Cocavo Garlic
- 15g ginger, finely chopped
- 125g miso paste
- 2L hot water
- Chilli flakes to taste
1. In a large saucepan, melt Cocavo over medium-high heat. Add ginger and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
2. Dissolve miso in a little of the water. Add to the saucepan along with the rest of the water, then bring to the boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Add chilli flakes to your liking, and serve with cooked rice noodles, soft-boiled egg, blanched leafy greens and tofu. Alternatively, sip throughout the day!
