PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
This easy Pineapple Smoothie is so quick to throw together — made with pineapple powder, frozen banana, Greek yogurt and coconut water, it’s a fresh and fruity breakfast or snack!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water – we recommend Kara Coconut Water
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 banana, frozen and sliced (about ½ cup chunks)
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Pineapple Powder
DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed and puree until smooth, adding additional coconut water to thin if necessary.
- Adjust quantity of pineapple powder to taste.
