PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

This easy Pineapple Smoothie is so quick to throw together — made with pineapple powder, frozen banana, Greek yogurt and coconut water, it’s a fresh and fruity breakfast or snack!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water – we recommend Kara Coconut Water
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana, frozen and sliced (about ½ cup chunks)
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Pineapple Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seed Oil, Flaxseed Oil or Omega Supreme Oil to add healthy fats (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
  • Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed and puree until smooth, adding additional coconut water to thin if necessary.
  • Adjust quantity of pineapple powder to taste.
