Our SMOKEY OIL is a fantastic new artisan oil we have added to our range of gourmet cooking oils.
With the growing popularity of BBQing over hot coals, smokey meats, seafood and vegetables are becoming more and more loved across the globe.
So popular is smoking food, we decided to develop our own Smokey cooking oil thereby giving everyone the ability to add a bit of smokiness into their recipes and dishes.
Cocavo Smokey Oil is a unique blend of Pure Olive Oil, Pure Sunflower Oil, Natural Maple Smoke Extract & Manuka Essence, all blended together to produce this amazingly smokey oil.
Vegan, Gluten Free and Keto friendly, our Smokey Oil will soon become a staple in the pantry or the outdoor kitchen as it’s uses are many.

For BBQ purests, you can use our Smokey Oil to add another dimension to your BBQ creations. Sometimes a smokey cook is not desirable, but a smokey flavour is – simple, brush / baste your protein with Smokey Oil and you will be impressed and so will your family & guests.
Want to make a hangi in the oven?
Brush a Whole chicken with Smokey Oil along with some Kumaras & spuds that have also been brushed with Smokey Oil. Sprinkle with some of our Manuka Smoked Salt then cover with a damp piece of clean sacking. Cover the sacking with tin foil and roast/bake the chicken & veges for the normal cooking time.
Once cooked remove from the oven, peel back the sacking and prepare to be wowed.
You
