This salad is topped with a Cocavo Turmeric & Lemon Dukkah, with Cumin, Almonds, and Sesame. This is a super simple recipe that’s equally as delicious!
Use the Cocavo with Turmeric & Lemon variant to create the delicious flavours in this blend, which means you don’t need to add any spices to the dukkah because the flavour’s already there!
Here’s the recipe:
TURMERIC & LEMON DUKKAH WITH CUMIN, ALMONDS, AND SESAME
• 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
• 1 tbsp white sesame
• 1 tbsp black sesame
• 2 tbsp cumin seeds
• 1/2 tbsp coarse sea salt
• 1 tsp Cocavo with Turmeric & Lemon
• 1/4 cup coconut flakes
1. Dry-fry almonds over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until lightly brown and fragrant. Add sesame seeds, cumin seeds, and sea salt and fry for a further 2 minutes, stirring.
2. Add Cocavo and coconut flakes and cook, stirring for 2 minutes or until coconut flakes are lightly browned.
