Here is a simple recipe for a great immunity booster. The health properties of manuka Honey, Lemon & Coconut Oil are legendary.

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Runny Honey (preferably Manuka Honey)

2 Tbsp Cocavo Pure Coconut Oil

1 small Cinnamon Stick (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan and heat over low until coconut oil is melted.
  2. Eat the warm syrup by the spoonful or mix the syrup into hot water or tea.
  3. Once the syrup is cooled the coconut oil will harden. You can leave the cinnamon stick in the syrup or remove it.
  4. Store in refrigerator for up to a month. Gently warm the syrup up before using.
