Surf & Turf Stir-Fry Noodles

A deliciously healthy dish by Derek the Chef

Ingredients:

50g Fresh Egg Noodles (or Ramen . lo-mein noodles)

250g shrimp, peeled & deveined

150g Scallops or Cockles

250g steak, cubed

2 x Tbsp soy sauce

1 x Tbsp oyster sauce

1 x Tbsp hoisin sauce

2 x garlic cloves, minced

1 x cup mixed veggies (carrots, baby spinach leaves, capsicum)

1 x Onion diced

2 x Tbsp Cocavo Coriander Avocado  Coconut Oil with Lime & Ginger (substitute Cocavo Coriander oil )

1 x Tsp sesame seeds

1 x Tsp Cocavo Roasted Sesame oil

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Method

1.      Boil noodles until tender, then drain.

2.      Heat Cocavo oil and cook steak cubes until browned.

3.      Add shrimp & scallops or cockles if using and cook

4.      Toss in garlic, onion, veggies, and sauces, stirring well

5.      Add noodles back in, drizzle with roasted sesame oil, and garnish with sesame seeds.

 

Chefs Tips; For extra add in Panfried thick fish fillets diced and delete one of the above. The Cocavo Coconut Coriander oil gives this dish a unique Asian flavour
