Deliciously creamy Avocado Wasabi Sauce

A simple wasabi sauce dresses up grilled fish like Kingfish & Tuna beautifully.  It’s quick and easy and will add a wow factor to what can sometimes be a dull fish dish. Served on a bed of wasabi mashed potatoes is amazing!

Cocavo Wasabi Oil packs one hell of a punch – you have been warned!

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the wasabi oil with the lime or lemon juice.  Scoop the avocado out of the shell and into the bowl.  Mash well.  Add the remaining ingredients and stir until completely blended.

Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.

This will keep for several days if covered & stored in the fridge.  This recipe makes about one cup of sauce but can easily be doubled or tripled depending on how much you need.

For a dairy free or vegan option, replace the Greek yoghurt with Coconut Yoghurt & the mayonnaise with a Vegan Mayonnaise
