• This Keto Bread recipe is such an easy recipe to follow. Minimal ingredients mean the hard work normally associated with baking is non-existent.

  • This recipe makes enough for a single sandwich, but you can double or triple the recipe to make more.
  • Choose Cocavo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or Cocavo Toasty Coconut Oil for a fantastic coconutty flavour. If you prefer the bread to have no coconut flavour, use Cocavo Pure Coconut Oil.

  • INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour

  • 1 tablespoon Cocavo Coconut Oil of your choice, Melted

  • 1 egg

  • 1/8 teaspoon NZ Natural Sea Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

     METHOD:

    • Mix coconut flour, sea salt, and baking powder together until combined.

    • Add the egg and melted coconut oil & mix well.

    • Let the batter mix sit for a few minutes to allow the coconut flour to absorb the liquid.

    • Scoop half the batter on a small baking pan and use a spoon to spread the batter into a circle about the size of a muffin.

    • Repeat using the rest of the batter.

    • Air-fry for 10 minutes at 350C or until golden brown.

    Instructions:

    • In a big bowl, add cabbage leaves, onion, cucumber, carrot, radish, banana, strawberries, grapes, apple and tomato.

    • Sprinkle with a little salt & mix well.
