This Keto Bread recipe is such an easy recipe to follow. Minimal ingredients mean the hard work normally associated with baking is non-existent.
- This recipe makes enough for a single sandwich, but you can double or triple the recipe to make more.
- Choose Cocavo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or Cocavo Toasty Coconut Oil for a fantastic coconutty flavour. If you prefer the bread to have no coconut flavour, use Cocavo Pure Coconut Oil.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour

1 tablespoon Cocavo Coconut Oil of your choice, Melted

1 egg
-
1/8 teaspoon NZ Natural Sea Salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD:

Mix coconut flour, sea salt, and baking powder together until combined.

Add the egg and melted coconut oil & mix well.

Let the batter mix sit for a few minutes to allow the coconut flour to absorb the liquid.

Scoop half the batter on a small baking pan and use a spoon to spread the batter into a circle about the size of a muffin.

Repeat using the rest of the batter.

Air-fry for 10 minutes at 350C or until golden brown.
