


Simple Wasabi Sauce
A simple wasabi sauce dresses up grilled fish like Kingfish & Tuna beautifully. It’s quick and easy and will add a wow factor to what can sometimes be a dull fish dish. Served on a bed of wasabi mashed potatoes is amazing!


Cocavo Wasabi Oil packs one hell of a punch – you have been warned!

Instructions
SIMPLE WASABI SAUCE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon Cocavo Wasabi Oil
1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1⁄4 cup Cocavo EV Avocado, EV Olive or Sizzle/Drizzle oil
1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, combine the Cocavo Wasabi Oil, vinegar, and mustard.
Add 1/4 cup of water and with the machine on, slowly pour in the Cocavo Avocado or Olive oil to form a lightly thickened sauce.
Add the salt and process briefly.
The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 1 month.
